About me

Helping you get back to what you love

I grew up in dance and competitive gymnastics. My own injuries got me interested in how the body recovers, and that interest is what led me to sports therapy.

I graduated from Leeds Beckett University in July 2026 with a BSc (Hons) in Sports and Exercise Therapy, and I also work pitchside in rugby.

How I work

Every treatment starts with you: what is going on, what you want to get back to, and what your goals are. Whether you are managing an injury, recovering from training or looking after your recovery, I will plan your sessions around your needs.

Supporting you at every stage.

Experience and skills

What I do

Treatment for injuries, recovery and performance, in the clinic and pitchside.

  • Sports and deep tissue massage to ease tightness, help recovery and keep you moving well.

    What it is
Hands-on massage of your muscles and soft tissue. I adjust the pressure to what you need, from lighter soft tissue work through to deep tissue massage.
    Who it helps
Whether it is tightness from work and day-to-day life or from sport and training, massage can help ease it and keep you moving well.
    What to expect
We start with a quick chat about how you feel and what you have been doing, then I work on the areas that need it, checking the pressure with you as we go.
    • 1 hr · £40
    • 30 min · £30
Book this: Sports massage on Fresha (opens in a new tab)
  • A full assessment to find out what is going on, so treatment is built around the actual problem.

    What it is
An hour to look properly at what is going on: how it started, how it feels and how you move.
    Who it helps
Whether an injury or a niggle came from sport and training, from work or from everyday life, an assessment helps you understand what is going on and what to do next.
    What to expect
I ask about your history, watch how you move and assess the area, then explain what I find and talk you through a plan that suits your goals.
    • 1 hr · £60
Book this: Injury assessment on Fresha (opens in a new tab)
  • Follow-up treatment and exercise to rebuild strength and confidence after an injury.

    What it is
Follow-up sessions after your assessment, combining hands-on treatment with exercises to rebuild strength and movement.
    Who it helps
Whether you are getting back to sport and training, to work or to everyday life after an injury, we go at a pace that suits you.
    What to expect
We review how things have gone since last time, adjust your exercises and add treatment where it helps, so each session builds on the last.
    • 1 hr · £45
    • 30 min · £35
Book this: Rehabilitation on Fresha (opens in a new tab)
  • Taping to support muscles and joints while you train, play or recover.

    What it is
Stretchy tape applied to support muscles and joints while you move.
    Who it helps
For some extra support while you recover, whether that is for sport and training, for work or for everyday life.
    What to expect
Taping is not booked on its own: ask about it when you book an assessment or treatment and we can include it.
Book this: Kinesiology taping on Fresha (opens in a new tab)
  • Cryo ice therapy sessions for the shoulder and the knee.

    What it is
Cryo ice therapy: cold treatment targeted at the shoulder or the knee.
    Who it helps
For sore or hard-working shoulders and knees, whether that comes from sport and training, from work or from everyday life.
    What to expect
A session focused on either the shoulder or the knee. Choose the one you need when you book on Fresha.
    • Shoulder 1 hr · £25
    • Knee 1 hr · £25
Book this: Cryotherapy on Fresha (opens in a new tab)
  • Training sessions and match days as Lead Sports Therapist for Sandal RUFC Saracens (senior men).

    What it is
Pitchside first response, trauma care and concussion assessment, plus strapping, taping and treatment to keep players available.
    Who it helps
Teams that need a qualified sports therapist on hand at training sessions and on match days.
    What to expect
I am Lead Sports Therapist for Sandal RUFC Saracens (senior men), covering training sessions and Saturday match days, and I hold Level 4 ITMMiF and England Rugby Headcase training.
